The governance model of Costruire s.p.a. places a strong emphasis on striving to promote a suitable and exemplary atmosphere. To this end, we have designed a number of company-specific documents outlining the expected behaviours of the individual employees and the company as an entity. These documents include: “Social bodies”, “Supervision”, “Codes of Conduct”, the principles expressed in the “Quality manual”, “Procedures”, “Management Control System” and the company’s organizational solutions that are shaped by these documents.
We believe that seeking good governance methods is a continuous work in progress, and given that today’s market is constantly evolving, it is always necessary to search for ways to improve.
Therefore, governance in the understanding of our society is something very concrete and daily, such as behaviour norms, attitudes and choices that often go beyond their mere application of their principles.
